CODE/400
- The Modern Programmer's Toolset
Length: 2
days
Format:
Lecture with extensive hands-on labs
Description:
CODE/400 is the modern development toolset available up through release 5.1
of OS/400 for the Windows
workstation. It replaces SEU, PDM, SDA, RLU, and the system debugger
while adding functions only previously dreamed of. It is a far more
productive way to develop RPG and COBOL applications. Now that it is
part of the standard development package on every system, many shops
are moving to using this environment for their developers.
This course provides programmers with the skills
to quickly become productive with the CODE editor, DDS designer,
debugger, and Project Organizer. In addition, you will learn how to
customize the toolset to work the way you work.
As of release 5.1 of OS/400 the toolset has been renamed to the
WebSphere Development Studio Client (WDSc for short), the products are
