Gleim, co-founder of Prosulting Solutions, organizes a team of rowers
to raise money for breast cancer. The Row for Cure event was
sponsored by the Western Reserve Rowing Foundation a non-profit
organization that promotes teamwork, rowing for the visually-impaired,
scholastic and adult rowing in the Cleveland area.
