Description:
This workshop helps transform the RPG
programmer's way of thinking from traditional to object oriented.
Procedures help make your applications extensible and flexible (labs
included).
What you are taught: How to realize the benefits of the ILE
architecture by isolating key business logic into "granules" - written
once and used throughout the applications. Also how to interface with
external programs more reliably.

RPG IV Basics as taught in
Track 1: Not Your Father's RPG
